Open Air Kino

Aarau’s open-air cinema is set up at the covered racecourse in Schachen and has 1,000 seats. From the beginning of July until mid-August, film buffs and open-air fans are offered a well-balanced schedule of “happy end” and tragedy, comedy and animation, Swiss films and Hollywood blockbusters.
