Tuchlaube Theatre in the old town centre of Aarau

The Tuchlaube Theatre serves the Aarau region and is known outside of the region’s borders as the premiere and production house of Canton Aargau. In co-productions and networked projects, the Tuchlaube Theatre collaborates with other theatres, cultural institutions and theatre professionals.

The theatre, which specialises in contemporary theatre and new Swiss drama, is located right in the heart of Aarau’s old town centre. It aims to attract all age groups, and with its diverse programme, guarantees high quality and modernity.
