Aargau Symphony Orchestra ASO

The Aargau Symphony Orchestra (ASO) is a professional orchestra of 59 musicians that also regularly visits other cities within Switzerland and neighbouring countries. Since 2001, it has been under the direction of the internationally renowned conductor Douglas Bostock. Every season, the ASO organises two series of events for season-ticket holders with a top-class symphonic programme, as well as various family, New Year and pop concerts. To attract children and youngsters, the ASO also holds workshops for school pupils several times a year.
